The aim of the thematic blocs is to provide an overview of some of the central concepts in Cognitive Science and to provide the opportunity for the students to know each other and to start to work together. Scientific research is a social activity with requires collaborative skills, and network building abilities. The different blocks are devoted to particular topics, contain exercises and group work sessions and will also help to select the courses.

The objective of this module is to illustrate the notion of tacit linguistic knowledge, ie, the implicit rules that we follow when we express ourselves or we generate grammatical intuitions in the languages we know.
